Otis was born an incarnate of Abraham Lincoln in the capital of IL (Springfield). After getting sick of how ghetto it was there, he thought he could find his Cinderella in a pumpkin in Morton, IL (Pumpkin Capital of The World). Turns out all they really have there is rednecks and tractors. That's when Otis thought college might be a good place to pick up chicks....and maybe get more smarter...so he went to Illinois State where he programmed their college radio station and got a gig cleaning toilets at a local Top 40 radio station (101.5 WBNQ). That's where the dream was born and the "O" Show was created....you know, 'cause most toilet seats look like an O. He then did a stint in Notre Dame Country, South Bend, IN doing the night show (U93) before Kiss 95.1 found out they could pay him minimum wage and kill two birds with one stone. Now Kiss 95.1 has the best afternoon show and cleanest toilets in the QC.
